Plot
The film tells the story of a American who gets thrown into prison after being busted trying to smuggle drugs and then she enters a world full of rape and murder being led by the sadistic warden. I've seen twenty-plus D'Amato porn titles before this one and the majority of them I hated. I gave them very low ratings and someone asked me why I kept subjecting myself to them and this film here is the reason. You just never know when you'll run across one that you like. D'Amato handles the material very well and Erica Bella is quite attractive and believable in the role of the abused woman. I'm curious about the making of this film because it appears a lot of hardcore stuff is just thrown in for no reason. Some of it applies to the main stories but there are several scenes that appear to have been added long after the film was complete and they offer very little. The opening sex scene is a very erotic one but it's also softcore for the most part. It eventually picks up but the amount of time and energy it appears D'Amato put into this, I find it hard to believe that it was meant to be just another porno out there.
