Parole Him - The Setup
According to Gibson on the afternoon of August 4th, Officer Johnson and Officer Harrington sexually assaulted the young man during his weekly meeting. Gibson and the video recordings obtained during a search of the offices by police confirmed the victims account of the incident. The 37 minute long recording features two overly aggressive Parole Officers using their unlimited powers to force a young man into submission. Most disturbing of all, the recording clearly shows the officers placing illegal narcotics in the Parolees back pocket prior to searching him. This allowed the Officers to extort the young man and force him into sexual intercourse.
