I know this is an old post but I thought I'd go ahead and answer and hopefully it will help someone out...
If you get a list of passes and they're something like this:
http://earnibblerr:jackson@beta.hustler.com/Auth (130.148.220.65:80) cracked by CrackerDude
Then earnibblerr is the Username and jackson is the Password.
The Proxy that was used for the site was 130.148.220.65 on port 80.
Passes that are used with proxies will live much longer because the computer is using the same IP address and multiple logins aren't detected.
How do you set up the proxy?
Open your browser:
For Internet Explorer:
Click on "Tools"
Click on "Internet Options"
Click on "connections"
Click on "Lan Settings"
Put a check mark in "Proxy for Lan"
Enter the IP address and port that came with the pass in the proper field and click ok.
For Mozilla Firefox:
Click on "Tools"
Click on "Options"
Click on "Advanced"
Click on "Network"
Click on "Settings" where it says connection:Configure how firefox connects to the internet.
Put a check mark in the "Manual Proxy Configuration"
Enter the IP address and port that came with the pass in the proper field and click ok.
