Muy heads the regional coronavirus coordination center. A pretty good job, it entails no skill or knowledge, she just delegates all the work out to NGOs, people who supposedly know what they are doing, and are qualified. Muy is qualified, she has got an MA is biochemical engineering. At least she has got the certificate. She never attended university, she merely had sex with the right professors. The now disgraced professor of chemistry introduced her to the minister in charge of communicative diseases at one of his clandestine parties. That is how she got the job at the coordination center. All she has to do to keep the job, is be ready for sex on demand, and give back half of her wages. I hate to imagine what will happen if one of these new flu viruses starts spreading.
