This specific issue is dubbed in French (unfortunately the live sound is replaced by music and French useless dialogues and moans). This is a back cover with the logo Fantas and a different Telsev cover. AFAIK this movie is not listed anywhere (or under an other title) and the title Anal Island was probably given by Telsev who gives new, and most of the time stupid titles to all the movies they re-issue.
