A Mafia Sexual is another piece of somewhat arty violent exploitation/porno trash from controversial director Sady Baby. Sexual Mafia takes place in Brazilian jungles and slums as a dirtbag and his crew wander around raping and terrorizing whoever they please. As usual, the director works in lots of small perverted touches for all tastes including homosexual sex inside a jail cell followed by a male scat scene, an orgy which ends in a woman's crotch being threatened with a torch, and a young couple who are stopped driving by the hoodlums and both raped.
