His wife liesand says she doesn't know what he's talking about. He elaborates that it seems like she keeps moving some of their female clientsoff his schedule and onto hers, and he doesn't understand why.Cherie tries to convince him that she changes bookings all the time to suit their schedules and she's sure it's just a coincidence, butthe husband can tell that she's lying and he starts to get angry at her for lying to him. Is she doing it on purpose? He bets it'sbecause she's jealous and she doesn't trust him alone with female clients because she thinks he'll fool around with them. She triesto convince him that that's not why, but he won't listen to her, he's mad that she doesn't trust him.They're about to argue more but are cut short when the door to the parlor opens and they both try to act natural. The woman client,Valentina Nappi, seems to have heard they were just arguing, and hesitantly approaches the desk to say that she booked a massagefor today. There's still a lot of unresolved tension in the air as Cherie gets up from her seat, says that she'll be Valentina's masseusefor the day, and leads her to the private massage room as the husband looks on.
