To me, 2 scenes stand out in particular: The first one features Swedlana as the good doctor's assistant, the ever-so-lovely Debora Coeur as his patient and Yves Baillat as her husband. Debora complains about her holes being to tight for her hubby's mighty shaft - soon enough, lovely Swedlana, while sitting on the doctor's face, puts a fist up each (!) of Debora's holes. Debora smiles approvingly - this woman is amazing, the perfect blend of elegant lady and debauched whore!
