I want to experiment with creating metal helmets, so we casted both my head and Elise's head so we could make positive heads to shape the metal around. My plan is to use strap steel and form it around the positive heads and weld it together as I go.
This video is of us casting Elise's head in plaster bandages, in my kitchen. As you will see, this is a fun but messy process. The casting was done by MummyEd, Tony Orlando, Petgirl Kako and myself.
