Scarce and confused info about the original source for this movie: It was commissioned by French producer Anne-Marie Tensi and probably directed by Renato Polselli (as Antonio Fabriziani). Movie was shot in the same location as another Polselli's movie: Mania - (1974) and the Actress Anna Ardizzone worked almost exclusively with Polselli, these are the only traces for a possible direction by Renato Polselli. The unobtainable "Porno Gola Profonda" possibly can be original Italian title, but not sure because it cannot be compared for now.
