http://en.savefrom.net/ Paste in the URL and save the FLV link. It will be called *.wmv.flv however it is a FLV4 file. Savefrom.net rips most video sites and quite a number of file hosts as well (especially that horrible "Please wait 65 minutes" of depositfiles)
