Gumbi is suspended by his shoulders and feet on Mistress Yin's suspension frame. By using two crank hoists, Yin is able to slowly invert Gumbi so he's hanging completely upside-down. Yin mentions that her gear was built by Corey at MetalBound in Florida. As I said in this the interview, Corey has built a lot of gear for Mistresses on the East coast.
