My workouts include aerobic exercise for a healthy cardiovascular system- strength training to maintain muscle tone and bone density- core strength exercise for a stable mid-section- and stretching to maintain mobility. I have to admit, I go through phases of being good and bad. When I m being good, I go to the gym three to four times a week. And when I m bad, I go all the way!
