About video: While at the crowded mall Christmas shopping, holiday hating Kyra takes it out on a somewhat bratty, but still quite young little one waiting in line to see Santa. She tells the kid the Santa there is an actor and that Santa isn't real, which immediately causes the kid to begin crying! The whole scene makes Chelsea realize that the real brat here is Kyra.
