How to post streaming stuff ?

I upload files on some file hosting which allow in case of video files play it on other sites (embed code)
So I wanna ask how can I post it in streaming section ?
Did iframe code work here ?
Im new here so I dont wanna be banned or something

just go to streaming section an post embed code....once up one of us will go look at it and if all is well we will approve it

We have a back log of vids there I was unaware of. Right now I'm on iPad so I can't view them. Later when I'm on laptop I will look at yours and approve.
