how do I upload a picture?

something so simple as uploading a picture!!! I can not do it.

there is no an upload button!

the upload image buttn redirects me to "upload link"

does it mean that I have to upload my pictures to another site before writing any thread ??

Yes!
Use http://www.imagebam.com/

Choose thumbnail size (I recommend 250x250px), choose your content type and upload your photos.
After upload is finished, copy the BBcode from the box and paste it in your message.
Thats it.
