We have been working on a system where content owners and their DMCA-agents instantly can remove infringing content from the forums. This way IPR-holders can immediately remove content without waiting for DMCA removal requests to be processed. Please contact us if you believe you qualify for an account with content removal rights...

By deleting forum posts using your Special Rightsholder Account, you will be representing that you have a good faith belief that the material associated with the URL infringes the copyrights in that material, and that you own the copyrights in that material or are authorized to represent the owner of the copyrights. (Please note that under the DMCA any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.) Do NOT delete content that has been licensed by us (or by one of our members), or where the Intellectual Property Right is owned by one of our content delivery partners.

Please remember to also report the post(s) to us if you want our help fighting repeat infringers. We are currently working on a system where you can replace links to infringing content with links to your official website or download links from paying hosting services. I will post more information on this soon.

It is of course very important to us that the illegal content reporting system is working satisfactory before we launch the Legal XXX Video Tube and the Adult Site Reviews...
