1. All the files are zipped and split by winrar5. You only need to update it to the latest version of the software by following the link http://www.rarlab.com
2. If using Jdownloader to download, after finish downloading you have to choose the file and extract it Jdonwloader may or may not update winrar5
3. If you're using MacOS, please donwload the following software to extract http://www.kekaosx.com/en/changelog.php
4. If all the steps above have been carried out but to no avail, you should use rar recovery function, all the files are acompanied with 10% receovery. Or you can try re-downloading the file and paying particular attention to the version of the files
5. WINDOW OS is highly advisable to extract files

Thank you for your posts. But how do you open your .rar files? I cannot seem to open them, and do not know how to use the Terminal setting for OSX. Is there another program you recommend? None of the other .rar expander apps for OSX work with your files.
