Pain4fem RealMedia videos convert

I seen many Real Media videos, but usually they are playable using just normal players, when I have a Real alternative codec installed. Curiously the best results give the v1.90 and not the later, but your mileage may wary. There are the Real alternative codecs:

However I stumbled upon a RealPlayer videos from Pain4fem (have bunch of them, all behave the very same way), that are in a very good quality (720 pixels wide), yet unplayable in almost every players, EXCEPT Media Player classic and only a older version 6.4.7.5 wich have internal support for many filetypes!

The name of the vid is Lea 2 from the Pain4fem series. However it is only in RealPlayer format, witch require the Real alternative codecs and mostly Media Player classic to play this vid... But there you go:

(cannot even make it play in NEW MediaPlayer classic to make preview, works great in v 6.4.7.5 tough)

There is the old version of Media Player classic (with bink decoding ability too, dll included )

I would be happy to hear how to convert the file into usable RealMedia format
(just strip the junk in the file at the beginning)

A solution was found - reencode these videos using Format Factory. Used v2.15, tried v2.20 (because both can get along with just the MS visual C++ 2008, while the new version (3.xx) require MS visual C++ 2010 runtimes install, witch was not working on my W2k/XP machines at all) and h264, but it was just way more blocky and slightly bigger that Xvid, and the result is pretty nice:
