This time out, The Chief (Ron Jeremy) has gone bad, and the good guys must uncover his misdeeds and put him away. Too bad it didn't include the writer. K & F do their expected number on the beach. Bosomy Cassandra in her bout with Tom Byron is one nice cookie as is Brandi Wine with Ronny. A solid story would have been the right way to go, but this one takes too many U-turns.
