To increase your chances of getting help, it would have been helpful for you to have offered more of a primer on this series, Sycyur81. For example, the only thing identifying the video you are looking for was the notation "e39e39." What does that mean?

I came upon only one link that gave me the idea that this stood for "E39 Scene39," which appears to be a special parlance for the Voyage For Vagina series. But you can't expect people to know that right away.

Anyway, your searching capabilities are better than mine, because I didn't come up with a single lead for "Scene 39." At least you have been able to access them, even if the links were dead.

I notice this series is out on a good several DVDs, at least up to Volume 12, the screenshots for which are often available on vendors' sites. Maybe you can photographically match your scene with the volumes that have been made available, assuming Scene 39 is out on DVD. That way you can search for the DVD instead of the particular scene. (Although DVD download links don't appear readily available either, based on a quick look.)

If possible, this would be a preferable path for you to go (get the DVD rather than the individual scene, assuming the scene -- once again -- is on DVD), because judging by the screencap collage you provided, the individual scene that the person extracted and uploaded wound up with one corrupt (around the middle section) video.
