KMPlayer also makes nice screenshots and is a bit more customable than MediaPlayerClassic

SWPlayer's probably one of the best I've come across. Whether you're trying to grab an individual screen shot, or just your regular thumbnail gallery. It's a little difficult getting a hand of its functions at first, but once you do it's great.

The other two, as mentioned, would be Image Grabber II, which isn't bad but I find for even your most ordinary files you'll get a screen/resolution issues, so it isn't always reliable, IMO.

And Windows Media Classic. Which is really simple to use.
