People who are still using oron are you crazy?

Why are people still using oron and how are forums not banning them? After they offered to help liberty media prosecute uploaders? Admittedly it is the 500 odd guys who uploaded Corbin Fisher's stuff but that means anyone who sues Oron in future will probably get the same deal.

I hate Oron as both a dl/up and I am really suprised people haven't jumped ship? Any rational explanation for this?

From what I understand the settlement wasn't accepted and they have delayed going the trial to try and reach a settlement. But I am shocked it wasn't a titanic and everyone jumped ship?
