Filesmonster

I have never once been able to rejoin segments of movies posted to Filesmonster, and downloaded with their free service. Since they still exist as a service, and loads of people on here seem to prefer it, what's the secret? Every time I try to join the part files, there is just an endless cycle of unreadable files created. What am I doing wrong? I run a Mac OSX 10.6.8. It must be me, so advice would be gratefully received. I have every file opener known to man - Stuffit Expander, Zipeg, Archive Utility...you name it, I have it. Thanking you in advance....

The key is to download ALL the parts with the same IP. Maybe you have a dynamic IP and that's why you can't join the parts.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I didn't think even dynamic IPs changed within the 45 minutes it took me to download the two parts. I guess Filesmonster is a no go for me. Do you know why so many Intporn posters use it? Is there a financial link somewhere? FM hardly shows up at all on the other popular forums.
