How do the REAL Reality sites get away with it?

We all know almost all of the reality sites (such as "Reality Kings") out there are set-ups.

Yet there are a few that truly appear to have been produced on the unsuspecting. In a way that the woman would not agree in any way to sign a release.

As an example, the Reality Kings site has a sub-site called Street Blowjobs, where our "hero" gives the impression of picking up ordinary women to have sex with. Now it's all pretty fake, given the giveaway clues. The POV shots show one hand, meaning the other hand is holding the camera. (Rarely acknowledged by the actress.) Sometimes, the clear outline of a camera can be seen on the shadow of the cameraman. Most telllingly, some of the models are established pros. (It's possible that they may have turned pro afterwards.)

Yet in earlier episodes, where our "hero" uses spyglasses, and two hands are shown through the POV angle, it is easy to believe that these were filmed authentically.

Yes, these could have been easily rused as well. But what diminishes my skepticism is that we know most porn actresses are not known for their acting talent, and when asked to improvise, you can tell how fake these ladies can be -- especially when they start speaking in dirty porn-talk, which most "real" and slutophobic women keep to a minimum.

The Bangbus site has a sub-section called Spring Break Spy Cam, where the two hands are seen. I've only seen one episode, but interestingly, at the end, the "hero" 'fesses up to the victim and asks her to sign a contract, along with an offer for $5,000. (And thst could be part of the ruse, of course.)

Interestingly however, the latter site has not been updated for years, and the spyglasses angle has similarly been done away with in Street Blowjobs. An indication that the idea has been seriously recognized as a time-bomb.

Another site that seems real to me is Backroom Facials. While it's hard to imagine the goings-on are real, it's harder to imagine that a hired porn actress could act so naturally as the women do in this series.

(Interestingly, this site has been kaput for years -- perhaps adding testimony to the realness. A moderator here, Sexyvids, has performed a superb service by making these videos available, for the benefit of the curious.)

(Let me inject a secondary question here. Does anyone know why Backroom Facials has been removed completely?)

Another site I believe to be real is NetVideoGirls, and another one where the girls are just too natural, adding weight to the realness, is the creepy Backroom Casting.

I've been checking out a few of the earlier Bangbus ones (where the a-holes in the bus pick up girls off the street, and goad them down the road to ruin), and it's hard to imagine some of these women as improvising actresses. The likelihood is that the majority should be (how many women would enter a bus of strangers, especially strangers who demonstrate their disrespect off the bat?), but porn actresses, established or newbie, are just not this realistic as a rule.

So here's the question.

Assuming that at least some of this product that I've described is authentic, how could the site operators have gotten away with their entertaining slime -- and by retaining the older product on their sites, are still getting away with it?

Once we accept the reality in certain of these cases, we can't imagine that any amount of money could sway some of these women, as tricked as they have been to (potentially or actually, depending on the ethics of the videomaker) expose their most private areas in a humiliating public fashion. (In case we theorize that the videomakers try to persuade the ladies to sign releases after the fact, as with the above Spring Break example.)

In short, if such sites can't get releases from the women who appear on their videos, how could they publicize these videos?

The site operators could take the risk, since few women would wish to publicize their embarrassment with a lawsuit, but all it would take would be one lawsuit for a site to be seriously hit in the pocketbook.

(If a woman can put her embarrassment aside, with the incentive of making millions of dollars in damages, especially via a lawyer working through a contingency, the media would have a field day with the poor, victimized woman vs. the sleazy pornsters.)

Some of these sites rake in millions of dollars, so it may be possible they feel that they can afford to stave off lawsuits. But this theory has its limits.

Here are some links providing food for thought in the interim, regarding "Bangbus":

To add weight to this conclusion, the author from the above article points out that the site itself has a disclaimer to the effect that all performers have signed releases. And that goes to the crux of my question; of course the producer must get releases. On the other hand, this disclaimer isn't proof positive, because a site would issue such a statement, even if untrue in come cases, strictly as protection.

The Playboy Advisor (a source to be usually trusted) concurs. Their source was the news story, above.

Open and shut, proving the fakery? Here is how Bangbus defends its reality:

"If you have watched a bangbus shoot and wondered 'hey is this real or fake, Im not sure...'. then consider this simple fact...if it were fake that would have to mean that the girl who just got fucked on camera, for money, is also a fantastic actress! And that would make perfect sense because everybody knows that girls who fuck on camera for money are always fantastic actressess! Duh!"

And that is exactly what has caused the doubt in my mind. at least in the case of Bangbus, if not several of the other sites I have mentioned, the spoken lines are just too natural. How could non-actors getting paid a measly $700 for sex be this good? It doesn't make sense, despite the investigative report's apparently convincing evidence. I have watched a dozen or so episodes, and without exception, the women are completely natural. I haven't yet caught a giveaway that they are acting, as we can expect from the typical porn actress.

As a quick aside, for fans of Bangbus, a comment on this YouTube page claims that the Sanchez character "doesn't do bangbus anymore because he got caught trying to hustle woman in his van. the woman supposetly was a cop. he did like a year and a few months in the county jail." Of course, no one can trust an anonymous comment, but if it's true, and Sanchez was doing this hustling for Bangbus (as it sounds), then it further adds to the confusion.

Well, I'm getting the idea Intporn may not be the best forum for intellectual discussions. Yet for the benefit of those who found this question intriguing, here's my latest take:

At least in the case of Bangbus, if not the rest of my examples (still unsure about NetVideoGirls, but I'm beginning to accept the idea that none of it is on the level), it is all fake. I suppose the reason why the performances come across as so natural is because -- if the news story linked below provides indication -- the production company seeks women who are not established pros, nor wanna-be first-timers, but those who are down-on-their-luck. Thus the feel of naturalism is managed, as soon as the "real people" dialogue gets started. (Evidently the women who have other porn credits decided to go on to do more porn; Bangbus is where most have gotten broken in. But it looks like for most of these "real women," continuing in porn is not a matter of choice.) It's to the credit of the people involved, however, that they manage to pull off such impeccable realism time and again. Usually when a "green" person who is prepped beforehand is put in front of the camera, you're going to get hesitation and stumbling, and with the misogyny of Greg Entner (aka "Dirty Sanchez"), a growing lack of cooperation. (Of course, editing would take care of the flubs and hitches.)
