Problem viewing pictures/videos on kink.com

Hello. for about a week now i have this annoying problem with kink.com(+ all the sites that are under that site). i can't see any preview pictures and short video trailers for a week now. about 5 days ago i got this spyware or something similar that would just slow my PC completely down in 10 minutes and shut it down. i scan my PC with a couple of anti-malware/spyware/virus programs and it found quite a few trojans, rotkits and a couple more bad things. i deleted them all and since then my PC is running like new. every website imaginable on the internet works fine, except for kink.com(it also loads very slowly). i contacted the site support and all they is that i have to upgrade my browser(firefox) and set the browser security on low and it should work. i installed the newest firefox, i have no addons at the moment, deleted and installed the newest Java and Flash Player, deleted cache and everything else, also changed my antivirus, i can use Chrome, Opera, Inter Explorer, Firefox and nothing works-no pictures or video trailers. basically where they should be pictures i only have text and where the short video preview should be i have just blank. i asked 2 people if the site is working fine for them and they said yes, so it's clearly a problem on my end. i don't know what else i could try...i was thinking about 'system restore' and put it back like 2 weeks or so. would this be a good idea considering that i scaned&deleted about 10 spyware/virus/trojans about 5 days ago? a fresh windows instalation imo isn't worth it just yet for just 1 site(absolutely every other website works great). if it's to anyones help i can post a couple of pictures so you would have a better idea of my problem. any help or suggestions would be great!

What an annoying problem. Most of us have been there, where some seemingly insurmountable trouble puts a monkey wrench into the works and no one can come up with the solution.

System Restore has saved my neck on numerous occasions, and I would advise you to go ahead. It only affects system files, and unless one of the bad things had attached itself to a system file, I'd say the chances of your good work (of cleaning out the crap) will not go to waste. Once you restore and then you again find the troubling signs of infection, you can try the disinfecting process anew, and hope kink.com won't be affected in the same manner. If the site is affected, you won't be any worse than you are now. The idea is to save yourself the trouble of re-installing Windows and the ordeal that accompanies that; System Restore is more than worth the shot. Once more, I would think the odds of your good work getting undone are minimal. Good luck!
