Need Help Identifying an old favorite

Hi all, I am trying to replace a lost copy of an old favorite of mine, but cannot remember the tittle. I am listing everything I can remember about the movie below and I think it is from the mid to late 80's. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The plot had something to do with a with a woman named Miss/Mrs. Honeycutt/Honeycunt who used one of those old directional microphones to eavesdrop on and record people having sex in the neighborhood.

the fist scene featured Miss/Mrs. Honeycutt/Honeycunt and a guy named tim (who I think was played by peter north?)

Scene two was a girl/girl scene with a tim's mother and another woman. I remember that they used a banana for a dildo.

The only thing else I remember is that it ended in an orgy at Miss/Mrs. Honeycutt/Honeycunt house and a to be continued. There were one or two other scenes, but I don't really remember anything about them.
