need help with photo

On the site 'Black White Beautiful', there is a photo (entitled 'Afirka') showing a smiling brunette wearing a black dress, tights and heels, who is lying on the ground. Standing behind her are three nude black guys, all fully erect.

Does anyone know whether this photo belongs to a set, and if so, where the set can be found?
