help with a film title please

hi all
im after a 1980/90 movie .
the story is that a young madonna lookalike ( madonna from her first album look ) reads from a book then it turns into the sex scenes that she is reading .i remember 1 scene with a big breasted ( i think british girl ) who is on the sofa with a shy man and gets him to massage her which then leads to sex . then in the last scene the madonna lookalike has a lesbian scene with ( i think the big breast girl ) and it turns out she is actually a shemale .any help with the title / big breasted star would be most appreciated
