Best way to find English videos/movies from specific years?

I am mainly interested in American/English videos & movies from 1990-1999. I know there is a Vintage/Classics forum, but there is a lot of stuff from years that I am not interested in so it makes things very difficult to find what I am looking for.

Does anyone have any tips on what the best way is to locate movies on these forums that relate specifically to the years 1990-1999?
